Update

Made it to the gym every day. Two hours of water aerobics on Thursday, one hour was Pilates style, 2nd hour was deep water, nice combo of toning and cardio without the impact!

  2. Hello Liz!!! Great job getting more consistent with working out. I instruct Water Aerobics and we do deep-water workouts on Thursdays and shallow-water on Tuesdays. If you put your full effort into those workouts, you can burn a lot of calories! Keep on keeping on!

    1. I am going to start teaching in 2 weeks. I was training before Christmas. Just getting back to it. The instructor needs some help. I'm excited. Do you teach from the deck or in the water? The instructors here do both. Just curious how you do it. Any tips would be appreciated too!!

  3. Water aerobics is one of the best, if not the best, ways of burning fat during a cardio session. Good luck!
