Weighed in...reset the electronic scale to read weight lost...0.0. Ready to go! Sensible breakfast and lunch, busy day, went to the gym, only able to get 30 min. in, but better than nothing! I don't plan to weigh every day. I feel it can be counterproductive.
Another part that I believe has been important to my previous success is that I don't set a hard and fast time to lose the weight. In the past, that has put an expectation that can cause the "I'm not going to make it, so I'll just forget about it" syndrome! I agree that goals are important, but for me, the goal is to take 10 off, not by a certain time, but just to do it in a reasonable amount of time.
